Completed 2005

Northumberland National Park Authority

Feasibility Appraisal. Measured Surveys and Design Services for Planning.

Project Description:

Proposed extension and alterations to the National Park’s visitor centres at Ingram and Once Brewed as part of a business diversity plan on behalf of the National Park Authority.

Tims Morris Ltd provided feasibility appraisal, prepared drawings and submitted the planning application following consultations with the planning authority. The Planning Application required several ecological surveys procured via Tims Morris Ltd and an assessment of the viability of ‘green’ power sources.

The works necessitated extensive discussions with the Local Planning and Highways Authority for which Tims Morris Ltd provided various additional information and co-ordinated further Ecological Surveys.
