Dilapidation surveys

We are able to prepare interim and terminal schedules of dilapidations in accordance with the latest Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors protocols and guidance, on behalf of either landlord or tenant. We are also able to negotiate settlement on behalf of any party to the lease agreement in accordance with the specific covenants of the lease and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1925 (as amended).

Our experience in these matters extends across a full range of clients and property types including the retail, commercial, leisure, public authority and private sectors.
