Planned preventative
maintenance surveys

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) or regular periodic surveys, typically on a 5 – 10 year programme, provide a mechanism for recording the condition of a single building or range of buildings for the purposes of assessing their overall condition and prioritising budgetary expenditure in order to help our clients plan for their future needs.

Planned preventative maintenance has been proven to provide the most cost effective means of managing and maintaining buildings. It helps to extend the life expectancy of a building and minimise emergency, reactive maintenance whilst also allowing greater budgetary control. We are able to carry out these surveys and prepare reports to meet the specific requirements of our clients providing prioritised budget forecasts for the implementation of maintenance and improvement works over a pre-determined period.
